Hamburgers (the special) were dry. Salmon was delicious although would have liked more vegetables. Not happy that tip was on total bill and should have been on food and drink amount. Not happy that American wine was offered.

5 stars all the way around. The food is excellent as is the service. The ambiance is second to none whether we are indoors (like now) or on the patio which we will be enjoying soon! Your chef is marvelous, and dishes are attractive when served. The waitresses are so polite and professional. The prices represent good value for the $. Even in our travels none can rate any better.

We wanted to bring our good friends from out of town to this restaurant for its food, service and ambience on the patio and it did not disappoint! We were greeted by a lovely young lady and served by Becca who was fantastic! The experience as a whole was superb! Our friends our avid golfers and said this was one of the best patios they have been to. Keep up the good work!

We had a lovely evening at Lora Bay Golf Club restaurant. We shared the Burrata appetizer between the three of us, and our son loved the pork belly appetizer, which satisfied him as his main meal. I had a delightful pasta dish. The portions were generous, and the service was pleasant. We always enjoy consistently good meals and friendly accomodating staff.

My dinner ( ribs) were over cooked ( but tasty) and cold. I had to send back. Second go round was better. Expensive $39.95 for full rack). My dining partner has salmon. He described it as unremarkable. Service was good. Ambience was good (looking over Georgian bay). I e come to learn that bar type for - burgers , sandwich , breakfast is decent. Meals nkt so much.

Being able to dine with a view of the water is especially nice. The food was very good. The burger was freshly made, not a frozen pre-formed patty, and was really tasty. The only complaint is a minor one. There was no gravy available for the french fries. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

Would have loved to sit outside but told it was reserved for a golf group. I did notice that they did not take all the tables. We had been told when we arrived that if one became available we could move but it was not mentioned again and it is not easy to move in the middle of a meal. This is a very very small point just a slight disappointment. The meal and service were excellent.

I had tried calling during the day to make the reservation and it kept saying the clubhouse was closed . I called the Pro Shop and they said there was an issue with the phones and I could use online reservations. That system was great!! Patio with the awning and view was fabulous!!

Our server, Becca, was most pleasant and tried very hard to please, but needs more training. A group of 8 for breakfast and table was not prepared - missing teaspoons for coffee/tea, no salt and pepper, no sugar/sweetener, no jam. She was the only server (11+ other guests in the room) and had to keep running back and forth for each of the above items separately. We waited over an hour for food to be served. Food was very good though poached eggs were more than medium as had been requested. she handled billing very well.

Went for breakfast. The view is lovely but service wasn’t particularly attentive given there were only three other guests in the room. Tea was not hot, barely warm. Sent it back for coffee instead. Bacon was so over done it should never have been presented on the plate. Sent it back and traded for sausageS. Mistake. Sausages were very over cooked and very dry. They looked like they had been hanging around for awhile. Potatoes were under seasoned. The toast and eggs were good. Waters were never refilled. Coffee refill was offered once to only two of the three guests that were drinking coffee.

Basic bar food, Very good. The salmon caprese salad was quite underwhelming. Salmon itself was fine but the salad portion was very small. Price point too high for a “meal” salad. Looked a bit chintzy in my view.

We had a nice Sunday morning breakfast, the weather was overcast so we dined inside in their spacious dining room. The menu was good and reasonably priced, the server was attentive. We like this restaurant as it has a casual feel to it. The outdoor patio is large and has very good views.

Everything was wonderful but felt that the "brunch menu" could be improved upon. My husband ordered the special eggs Benedict there was less peal meal bacon than just ordering the cheaper eggs and pea meal offered on the regular menu. The eggs are also a bit small.

Hello there
As we are new to the area Lora Bay it was suggested that we try the Lora Bay Club for a meal. We enjoyed the new fall menu very much but would hope that you consider running a few daily specials. Also it would be nice if you could add a few more red wines by the glass/bottle to the wine list as we found it quite limited. (maybe a nice Spanish Grenache or something more full bodied other than a cab as most very tannic. Will definitely be back.

There were 5 of us for dinner. all of our dinners were delicious. Each of our dinners was from the specials for the evening. Sydney was our server and she was very attentive and provided recommendations when we asked.

We had a mix of the Thanksgiving dinner special and regular menu. The regular menu, especially fried items, like fish and chips and chicken were just fine. The turkey, however, tasted not so great, although the sides were fine. We were seated in the overflow area which comprises of large round banquet tables and banquet chairs. The table was overly large for our party size which meant we were seated a bit far from each other, and the room was freezing. So, the ambiance wasn't great. The main dining room is nicer. Service was friendly, but the combo of the food/cold meant it wasn't the best experience. Nice view though.

Muscles and fish and chips were delicious. Serving staff are lovely. I would like to see muscles as a regular meal offered on the menu. Serving sizes were amazing. We would love to see a one night a week special $5 corkage fee.

Mmmm... little to relate to on menu. Cobb salad had no meat in it, just bacon crumbles that were too hard. Salad chopped up too much, eggs cut into small pieces, a bit of grated cheddar and a strip of guacamole. Advertised green onion, none on it, Asked for blue cheese dressing , not available. How can a restaurant not have blue cheese dressing. The tiny cut up tomatoes were hard to stab with a fork.
Cases are salad was very good. Cheeseburger very pedestrian, nothing special, not a tasty grilled over fire flavour. Thin meat. Need to expand menu and change it up. As members we are hard pressed to come to use up our minimum because there is little appeal. Not happy. No chicken, no pork ribs or tenderloin, chop, too much pasta. Not good value. Staff is delightful and scenery terrific, love the new furniture.
