We offer 50+ wines by the glass and delicious, shareable small plates in a 21+ atmosphere. Online reservations are accepted for parties of 1 to 6. This is one of my favorite places in Colorado. They have excellent food with a nice variety, a good wine selection with many choices for samples in various volumes.There’s indoor and outdoor seating with fireplaces and a great ambience. The service is always top notch.

Our server Liz, was very gracious, attentive without being overbearing and, because you weren't busy, allowed us to stay well past your 2 hour limit. Food was great, lots of offerings that will bring us back many more times. Too many wonderful wines to sample in one trip. Highly recommended for 1st date and any special occasion. We've been to Crush many times since it opened. The service has generally been good but last night, it was very poor. Unless we caught a waitperson as they walked by, we would have not had any service at all after the initial one. The food was good, but I rated the ambience a little low because it is so loud in there. Some sound deadening would be helpful.

This evening I was dining by myself and sat at the bar. The staff were friendly and prompt with service and particularly with a tip regarding a food-wine pairing. The food and wine were perfect, but I particularly like the acoustics of the Crush bar. My hearing is bad, and I could easily hear speech. This alone will bring me back!

A wine bar with amazing small plates of chef curated food in a beautiful lively dining room with Christmas lights. Outstanding for a romantic night out with your girlfriend or wife but not stuffy. Get some wine flights, stay a while, and have fun.
