Cru is an earthy restaurant (formerly called Jade Café) where raw organic and health conscious food is their specialty. This restaurant isn’t just for vegans and vegetarians, but it is also for those who appreciate bold flavors and diverse meal creations. This vegetarian restaurant uses seasonal fruits, seeds, nuts, and whole grains, while incorporating a fusion of cuisines including Italian, Japanese, Tunisian, Thai, and Indian flavors. A dish to try is the Shiitake Mushroom Ravioli which is made of 7 cashew-cheese raviolis with a sweet miso cream sauce and rich shiitake mushrooms served with an arugula salad.
