Champion Caribbean Restaurant & Lounge

We made reservations for Saturday night and arrived ontime. Wait time to be seated was about 5 minutes which was good. The place was not busy at all. The decor is by no means upscale as advertised! It's sub-par to any upscale restaurants that we have been to. After being seated we waited for 15 minutes without any service. I then complained to the hostess. She said that a waiter/waitress would come to the table. We waited another 15 minutes and got no service. We got up and left. It's the most horrible experience we've had at a restaurant that wasn't even busy! I think that this establishment should stop advertising as upscale/fine dining, revamp customer service, add staff and prepare for diversity! Word of advice! Be mindful of the people who come in to your establishment. They are your business. I happen to host a podcast with thousands of followers and would have been thrilled to mention this business if things had gone well. Reviews are effective!
