We were a party of 3 vegans, 1 gluten intolerant and a dog and there were zero issues. We were happy with the greeting, the service, the food preparation and delivery. Everyone was friendly, patient and we all had a lovely experience

Such a fantastic restaurant with lovely staff and great food- pizzas with locally sourced ingredients and a range of delicious salads. There were lots of diners escaping the rain when we went there- just a great place!
We are back in the area in 2 weeks time and will definitely go here again.

The pizzas were delicious, the service was good but perhaps some didn't book and therefore there was a bit of a spike in demand as when we arrived there were only customers waiting for take always but shortly after there was quite a large number of customers all arrive at once. Didn't like that we had to go to the till to order but that was consistent with nearly all the other places in the village and wouldn't put us off going again if we were in the village. As a side, their ice cream in their ice cream parlour is the best ice cream I've tasted in years.

Pizzas were brilliant, the weather was lovely and it was so nice to be able to sit outside in relaxed atmosphere. Only issue was that we had to wait 40-45 minutes for our order, in fact we were even buzzed to say that it was ready when in fact that was someone else's order. It wasn't a major issue for us as we were enjoying our drinks and when the pizzas did arrive they were piping hot and delicious, however it does stop us giving highest markings which would otherwise be deserved.

Good food. There are really only two sittings though, and then you all have to queue up to order. As everyone gets there for 5 pm or 5.15 ( for the first sitting) you then have to wait in a queue for a while to order. It would be better for the customer if someone came to take the orders at their table. But other than that I really enjoyed it.

My gluten free pizza was absolutely delicious and I wolfed it down! The team were excellent at understanding, and catering for, coeliac requirements - I was looked after from the moment we entered the restaurant and the staff double checked things with me. Just as much care is taken in the gelateria re: dietary requirements, it’s a big thumbs up from me for Glaslyn.

Really good pizza. However a little overpriced. I was surprised that it was completely separate from the gelato.
Very busy in there and lots of queuing to order as only one till working. Lots of people being turned away so booking is essential.

The lady that seemed to be head of house was extremely rude to colleagues and to me when I asked if we could sit outside, advising that your pizza will come in a box, so 4 boxes and a pot of olives, seems a waste of cardboard, perhaps they should rethink their sitting outside arrangements, noting that it is summer time, and the available seating!
