We are no longer accepting reservations on our second floor of the Analog Room and Outdoor Beer Garden on weekends (Friday through Sunday) and will be first come seating. We are only accepting reservations on our first main floor of the restaurant and sidewalk. We have a 15 minute grace period. No. Our outdoor dining area is not covered. We do have shade sails for sun covering; however, they do not protect from rain. We do have heat lamps on our Rooftop Beer Garden.
In case of unforeseen inclement weather, reservations will be canceled. It is the responsibility of the guests to re-book if so desired. Bistro on Bridge will not automatically re-book guests. Guests are encouraged to check weather prior to booking.
Yes, pets are welcome for sidewalk dining only. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on our Rooftop Beer Garden
Any party sizes 10+ guests will need to email events@bistroonbridge. To confirm a party of 15 or more, we require 24 hours notice and a credit card on file as a guarantee. We will not charge anything on this card, but in the event that you do not honor the reservation without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will charge a $50 fee on the card as a late cancellation / no show.
If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, Bistro on Bridge reserves the right to mark your reservation as a void/no-show or as cancellation of your reservation. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and the seating capacity of the restaurant. We went during happy hour and you can’t beat the $4 pilsners from Mainstay. The cauliflower general Tso’s was also a great happy hour deal. Our server Timothy was super friendly and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to stop by again.

Rooftop deck can't be beat. The beers on tap are amazing, and staff and customers getting accustomed to the new normal after being closed for so long. The buffalo chicken pizza was OK but kinda dry, but the pretzel was yummy and fresh.

Overall experience was great as usual. The crispy ribs are by far my most favorite thing on the menu that keeps me coming back. If you like ribs, you have to give them a try and you will not be disappointed. Only negative mark for our experience was that we had reserved outdoor seating, we arrived on-time for our reservation, and was told we had to sit inside and upstairs. It was a beautiful day outside and we were looking forward to eating outside. Not sure what happened and why but we made the best of our time outside the house anyway.

I had made a reservation to be outside almost a week in advance, outside dinning is all I feel comfortable with right now. When we got there we were sat inside. We had to wait an extra 20 to 30 mins for a seat. The staff was so nice about it but we were told it’s cause they didn’t open the top up and had to call people to reschedule. But i choose to sit on the sidewalk so I shouldn’t have to oh for that. I just feel that it should be more organized. Again nothing with the staff and I know it’s challenging but it’s one thing to improve

Our server was very nice and came to check on us several times. My biggest complaint was the antipasto pizza. It was a recommendation of the server and i wanted pizza so I gave it a try. The pizza has almost zero sauce on it so I had to request extra on the side, it was doughy and just off white crust so prob could have used more time in the oven and the flavors were just not good together, some bites tasted sour, like maybe one of the items on it was bad...not sure. I only ate one piece and took the rest home. I reheated it today in the toaster oven so I cooked it more thoroughly, and I gave it to my son for lunch. He tried to eat it but he had to throw it away, he agreed that something tasted sour and the entire pizza was off. I should have sent it back, but I thought it was just me being picky so I didn't. My daughter ordered beet and goat cheese salad and asked for no red onion. It came with onion, she just picked around them. The duck nachos were good and so was the beet salad (minus the onion). We tried to order mixed drinks but the first two drinks we tried to order you were out of the liquor required to make it. We wanted mojitos, but you had no white rum then we asked for seasonal mule and you were out of that, we wound up with third choice which was a disgustingly sweet pear martini that was dark pink, super sweet and had a strong cinnamon taste....not any pear martini that I've ever had that's for sure...it was pretty gross. All in all, it was nice to finally get out to eat, but the quality of your food and drinks really needs to step up a notch. Our server was a sweetheart. Maybe the kitchen/bar staff is new, I don't really know; but if you are the manager, I would address these items. I used to manage a few hotel restaurants so I'm sending this to you as constructive criticism, not so much as a complaint, so you can address it to make it better for other customers. Karen Wiegand

I'd made a reservation and we were very late getting there. Thankfully, they held our table! Greatly appreciated! As we were running late for a show at Facetime Theater, the server got our drinks and apps and we made it on time. We came by after the show and the kitchen was out of several late night menu items. But the service was accommodating and made some other recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Overall we had a very nice time. We did have reservations. However, when we walked in The hostess told me they were just cleaning off our table and I was waiting there and noticed they gave our table to someone else who just walked in. The hostess was flustered and then try to get us another table quickly. It just seems like they need a new system because there are several hostesses and one doesn’t know what the other one is doing or who is getting a what table. The people that work there are very nice but I think there can be an easier system in place especially for the hostesses.

4 people, 4 food disappointments. I love wings, and Bistro just can't make wings without them being dry, overcooked and chewy. French fries arrived cold and soggy. Fooled twice. Never again. But if all you want is a cold beer and a great place to drink it, this place is actually perfect.

Great night. The restaurant really has the tables separated. We requested a rooftop table and the server (Julia I think) had to go up and down the steps all night but still have us great service! I don’t know how these restaurants are staying in business during this pandemic. So sad to see emptiness everywhere - I hope they can weather through! Food and drinks were great!

I love the Bistro!!! One of my favorite places in Phoenixville. You shouldn’t push the masks. I would make it optional. I would also remove the tarp upstairs. I felt very stuffy and there wasn’t enough circulation. I purchased 5 shots for my friends and was astonished that they were $7.50 each Ouch! Other than that, I had a nice time and I’m pretty sure my 4 friends did too.

Food was great, drinks great, service amazing but the heating laps at the roof top bar were horrible. My scalp was burning. We kept asking the server to turn it off from time to time but then it was immediately freezing, which I actually preferred over feeling like my body was going to melt. I was at Bistro for a work meeting and actually had to stop using my laptop bc it was HOT. I was worried about it in the extreme heat. Please regulate the temps or maybe only turn on every other lamp. I def it won’t be coming back to the roof until it’s nice out, unfortunately.

Cool outdoor space upstairs. Friendly server. Food took a little while, but times are strange so it's all good. Cubano tasted great. The bread was awesome. Kudos on that one. Only complaint was pricing. Especially for drinks. Most beers were overpriced by about a dollar. Phoenixville gentrification baby! I'll be back though.

Our waiter I forgot his name was very nice and he was very happy and the food was awesome even my husband who is very picky said it was very good!! My granddaughter and I also loved it but we were there before... VERY GOOD PLACE TO EAT!! Thank you

Waited SO LONG even though we made a reservation. Took almost 30 min to be seated. Music was also really weird-- jumped from emo punk music to 80s pop to 70s folk. Strange. Other than that it was great!

Thank you for this Father's Day celebration as we were accommodated very nicely in regard to seating us immediately even though we were a little early and in an area that was cool & safe for my 80yr old father-in-law. Gianna was our waitress and she was fantastic! Service all around was great.

We were super excited to come tonight but food was horrible. We ordered wings and cauliflower and sent them back twice. Wings were cold inside and some were still pink. Absolutely no flavors for garlic Parmesan. They looked like they had been boiled and cheese melted on them. The cauliflower was completely mushy and not crunchy as it has been in the past. The waiter that we had was very patient and understanding. Not sure of his name but we were upstairs and he was American American. We watched him clean table and whip down chairs. This was more that another woman did. She whipped tables but not chairs. Not impressed with the older gentleman server with glasses as he rarely had his mask on properly and walked around with it hanging down around neck. I completely understand it was first night back but very disappointed in food and not sure we will return after $101 bill.

The tables were separated nicely but it was a hot sunny day and a little more shade would have been nice. The staff was friendly and the food was adequate but hard to eat with the plastic knife and fork only. We were there for brunch. There were not many options for vegitarians or substitutions for those with nut allergies. I was a bit concerned to see my server touching the outside of his mask and going from table to table without sanitizing his hands. There was a large bottle of what I can only assume to be hand sanitizer at the top of the stairs but it was empty and the sink to wash his hands was blocked, so I guess that would make it more difficult for our server to maintain proper hand hygiene. Maybe have complementary wipes at the table for patrons to wipe off the cups and other items brought over. Overall it was nice to leave the house for a meal.

Overall experience was disappointing. They were out of multiple food and wine selections. Also couldnt sit on rooftop even though the site allowed us to make reservation for that location. There was no notification that rooftop was closed. The service was extremely slow. We had to track down the server to place our order as well as ask for the check. And my sandwich was put together in a sloppy lopsided way, as well as being very dry. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

We were sat at our table for 15 minutes and never served. The waitress never came to our table and didn’t even acknowledge us. We told the hostess and they never sent anyone over. We ended up leaving. Worst service ever!

We were so excited to be able to go out to eat again. However, our waitress was not very attentive and took a very long time to serve us our drinks and take our order. After our food was delivered, she seemed to have disappeared and did not come back for a while to check on us. By that time we needed a refill on drinks and had to flag down the hostess (manager?) to get them and our check for us.

Staff was excellent and accomodating and approached our table many times to apologize. Two in our party have celiac disease so hardpressed to find items that were marked GF that were available on Fathers Day. Service was extremely slow. Food was subpar. Prices not worth what was served. Waiter was pleasant and zealous about finding GF foods available that day so cudos to him and the other staff members who came to our table to help and to apologize.
