There is not charge to eat in the Bistro for the Staff of SMFBA, but we do request a tip. The tip money is divided up among the students and given to them on their last day of the program. While the students are attending our program, most of them are not working, so it is nice for them to have a little cash at the end

We brought to the valley our 20 years successful experience from Dearborn, Michigan. In 1996 we opened our first location in downtown Tempe. Our food is freshly made daily, prepared with the finest ingredients. Our goal is to impress you and our reward is to see you again with a big smile.

Sushi Roku is a contemporary and elegant Japanese restaurant offering more than just a romantic vibe. Various forms of lighting offer an idealistically dim setting, with hanging lights above the bar, lamp shades on the walls and lit candles throughout the lounge seating area.
