Rokerij means “smokehouse” in Dutch, and this Richardson Browne restaurant embraces grilled meats in their purest form. Despite its European moniker, the restaurant’s menu is strictly American, with classic steakhouse dishes such as rib eye, filet mignon, and lamb chops, as well as a solid selection of seafood. There are two scenes under this roof—on casual evenings, step into the first floor bar and lounge and surround yourself with a rustic copper bar, flickering fireplace, and cozy booths; when the occasion presents itself, climb the stairs for the second-floor formality of white tablecloths and glistening candlelight.

My wife and I recently made a reservation for 4 at 4:00 PM on March 23rd so that my son and his wife can enjoy the great food and service at your restaurant. My favorite food to order is your New York steak. My wife tends to order seafood. However I do have one complaint. Why in the world would you have CONCRETE BOOTHS !!! You could make our dining experience BETTER if you installed some kind of PADDING in your booths. I would like to have an answer from you prior to our dinner this coming Saturday. Those people who aren't Az Native or have no idea on how Rokerj came about would say stupid things like piss poor service or horrible food. Which is a straight up bull.... Lie. I was privileged to work at Dicks Hideaway in the early 2000's. This is when Rich and Barb had DH along Richardson's. Working there was incredible and the food is hands down the BIP. There food is always 100% consistent. Rich wouldn't have in any other way. Food might come out at different times. So be open minded only because it's worth the wait. I learned how to serve, host, bar back, bus, and bartend thanks to Rich and Barb. They are a no bullshit, do what you say, be honest and if In fact ticket times where taking to long Rich will be there in his black Porche so we as staff better fix it asap. The entire staff will back Rich up ten fold. It's back east service. Why because in the early 2000 I made $300 a day working 7am to 3pm. Miss you all Erin Johnson

My wife and I have a reservation for the Rokerij this coming Wednesday at 4:00 PM. I would like to you to start having a "Comedy Hour" starting at 5:00 P.M. that features Phoenix comedians as well as various well known comedians from around the country to entertain us after we have had dinner for 1 hour. You would be able to sell various drinks as well as various kinds of snakes. All of this would bring in additional money as well as an increase in your evening business.
