I know you're a wine venue you but not everyone drinks wine. You need to have some bottled beer options. That would be the only way I would come back. Nice place overall, but I only went to see Key Lewis. I knew prior cause I called that you had no beer. Still went to support Key, but was stuck drinking a sprite all evening...Just my input...

The food was great. I love this carter's food. I appreciate the venue offering live music and food.
A major concern for me was marketing and communication from the venue. I was not informed the musician was changed. When I originally reserved, it was another band listed. However, I found out, not through the venue, that the music was changed to a different group. Although the musical group was good, they are not the ones I reserved to see. In the future, please let reservers know when a musical group has changed.
As for advertisement, again, I love this caterers food. I would have been really nice for the venue to let it be known that the caterer was going to be there. That way, guest can know not to eat beforehand. I even asked when I had to make the reservation over the phone, who would be catering the event. I was informed that the venue did not know yet. Once the venue knew, that info should have been relayed to those of use who had a reservation and posted on the venue's website.

Love this winery. From the mintier you get there your welcomed by their friendly staff and they you feel comfortable. Knowledgeable about the wine and answered all my questions. The taste of the food was good but me and the other 5 people in my party stood in line for over an hour waiting to get our plates. If they were that busy they should have just served the tables, especially since we had already paid for the food. We wasted almost half of the event standing in line.

Terrible experience. Parking was not adequate for the number of people there. Reservation was at 2:15 pm and our group was in line for our reservation at 2:15 pm and not seated until 2:40 pm with only one couple in front of us. Then told by the hostess that the table we were seated at had another reservation at 3:00 pm. A group that arrived after we did was seated before us by a different hostess who skipped our group. Very disorganized at the hostess stand. Tasting was very rushed. We will not be going back. This was one of the most disorganized tasting experiences that I've ever been to. And our group does wine tasting in the Lodi area regularly. There was no food option available as the food truck cancelled at the last minute without a replacement. The whole experience left a bitter taste. We had been looking forward to visiting Valensin and had heard good things from other family members who had visited. Which is also why the actual experience was so disappointing.

When my party arrived to check in. We were directed to our table. We started heading that way, but there’s other patron at our table. Went back to tell the host. She than gave us another table. Again same thing happened. We than had to wait for 30 min for one to clear up!! Why the need for reservation if it we had to be on stand by and wait for another table.

My ratings are low for this visit because after we were seated and given a menu, no one came to take our order. I had to go inside and tell them what we wanted to order. Another party, who came after us, was served before our table. When we first arrived, we were taken to one table and then had to move so a larger party could use our table. Server brought water, but forgot glasses, had to go back. it seemed very unorganized.

You need more help. We had a 1:30pm reservation. After checking in we did not get service until 1:50pm and that was because I went back to the front desk to ask for it again. The manager Athalia provided us with terrible service. It took her an hour to serve us one flight of tasting. Our server then changed to Becky. She was awesome!!! So awesome we became members and spent close to $300. This was the first time we visited this winery. I hope to have a better experience, from the very start of our reservation, when we visit in two weeks. A reservation was made with Athalia before we left the winery. I still have not received a confirmation for our reservation. If the service starts off rocky again, we will definitely be canceling our membership.

Loved, loved it! What a hidden gem in our area. Delicious food, great music, awesome wine & great service! It’s a beautiful lake set up. Sure doesn’t feel like it should be this close! I became a member. Definitely telling people about this place. It will be our new go-to for a Friday or Sat night or just to get away for a few hours and enjoying some wine by the lake on a weekend.

New wine club member. Getting checked in is very unorganized. The customer service is terrible people honestly do not appear to want to be working when I’ve visited. After leaving the pick up party and the wine in the box is not what I actually requested in the email. I have updated my selection for this quarters pick up but apparently no even took the thine to read it as what was in the box were the wine from original sign up date in March. It really unprofessional to not own up to their mistakes and make sure the customer is satisfied.

Host had a hard time finding reservations even after showing her confirmations. Taco truck didn’t show up and quickly ran out of charcuterie trays so management went to the store to grab more but still charged full price- should have discounted considering that fiasco of not enough food for the amount of people and having to wait forever for them. Live band was very loud, couldn’t stay in the tent; had to go outside to tables. Wine was good but the man who handled our party was exceptional- that’s the only reason for a higher rating otherwise it would be lower. Plan A,B and C should always be planned to avoid situations like Saturday.

We went there to celebrate my birthday. Let just say the wind was really windy and it knocked the umbrella down and hit my friend in the head and the server sprayed champagne all over my right side of my neck, chest, and stomach. My dress was semi soak and I wreak like alcohol. The server apologized and offered a glass of wine to me and my friend (there were 4 of us). I felt your company could of done better. But I didn’t want to make a big scene. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go again or recommend this place to anyone. I do not want to use the race card, but I believe if I was Caucasian, I’m pretty sure I would of been catered to after getting soak in champagne and would of been compensated reasonably.

I brought a pretty large party out as this is one of my favorite wineries. I was disappointed when we were told we missed our petal boat time although both boats were out during that time. I requested a refund of the $55 paid. I’ve yet to hear anything. I also didn’t get a receipt showing the amount would be refunded. We had an excellent time. The service was top notch. Music was great. Food truck was good; I have had better lumpias. The Rose' sparkling wine was good. Can't wait to try the regular sparkling wine and white wine for I will definitely come back.

Servers knew nothing about wine. Service was super slow and it wasn't that busy. Our server said the red flight wasn't available when we asked what the wines were for the week. He had to ask someone else! It's a party place. People come to drink here and not be serious about the wine.

It wasn’t as advertised. Motown to me means actual Motown music. It was mainly 80s and 90s. Also you should have smoking only out on the street. I asked one your staff to move smokers as the fumes were coming into the dance area.

Need to invest in more overhead structures for open areas. Makes it not pleasurable when it's beaming hot, regardless of a hat. More food vendors so the 1hr wait is not an issue.

Everything was great. My food was ok but good. I did save a table for my group but it was taken since it was first come first serve although others didn't have that issue. However, overall we were able to make it work and we had a great time and loved the venue. Planning on going more. Thank you

Service wasn’t great a was ignored when I first walked in it took atleast five minutes for anyone to greet me. When we went to order food the water that was on the table was taken away. Server kept messing up our order or forgetting to bring our drinks. Been there several times before and never had that experience.
