Very disappointed we did not have mariachi band. Looking forward to it. I guess MV had great mariachi band & a harpist even. They also had a nice buffet. Our plated meal was good,but some variety would have been nice. We'll go to MV next year & see how they are.

Everything was awesome for the dinner with the exception of the vegetables. They were under cooked and tasteless.
Loved the loaded baked potato and the prime rib was tender. Adding creamed horseradish was a real treat.

The salad was bland needed a better dressing, maybe some balsamic. Pasta was excellent, very flavorful, cooked al-dente. Zucchini was cooked perfect, sprinkle of herbs made it very good. Bruschetta was good, but bread very soggy. Desert was very good, cake moist, the gelato and burro cookie, nice added touch

Our servers were welcoming and efficient. I did wonder about happy hour only in the bar area since it has been applied to our bill in the past. Is this a new rule? Our fish seemed a bit greasy (maybe needing to be drained more before plating?) but everything else was excellent.

I thought the main entree could have used a little more seasoning. Other than that, everything was cooked perfectly, the portabella appetizer was outstanding, and the service was excellent. We had a really good (and funny) server. As far as ambience, it is a little noisy in the room, making it harder for us old folks to hear. That is probably because the meal and concept was so popular!!!

The spring buffet was excellent. We loved all of the food options but the salmon, wild rice pilaf and asparagus were exceptionally tasty. And we especially appreciated the heart healthy food offerings. Please offer this more frequently! Only complaint was that the cheesecake was too soft, like it had been sitting out for long.

The food was kept warm and fresh. The asparagus was especially good. Artichokes a nice addition to salad bar. The salmon was good , flavorful and cooked appropriately. The chicken was somewhat tough. We all loved the dessert- very light and not the usual heavy rich cheesecake. Our corner table by the vents, though a perfect view, was chilly and our server had to place menus to cover some of the vents. It still was somewhat chilly and marred the total ambience.

We had a very enjoyable evening at the Vistas. Food and service were good for all of us. However, we went on a music night (piano/singer) and asked to sit away from the music, which we did. He was REALLY good, and we enjoyed him. But he was also way too loud and we had a hard time hearing each other (and we don't have hearing issues). It seems like in a dining establishment, the musician could be asked to turn down the volume enough that people in the back of the room can talk to one another. Thanks.

We have been to every trivia night since it started earlier this year. The fun and experience are priceless. The taco meat has no seasoning whatsoever and is very bland. And the desserts to us are not worth eating. We would be happy to pay $25 per person for a little better food. The sloppy Joe meat was better than the taco meat in our opinion. Thanks for asking!

We wanted to enjoy listening to Josiah. However it was Soooo loud the music was all blurry. I think it was from having him against a wall instead of in the center of the room. At least that is what an engineer who was with us thought. I still want to come hear him, but maybe outside, or, if inside, don’t have him close to walls.

Our server was not very friendly. He didn't offer bread, and when someone else brought our appetizer, we asked for it but did not get any.
The appetizer and dessert were excellent. The fish was a little fishy tasting, and the breading was soggy. The couscous and the broccolini were a little too crunchy.
