We really enjoyed the wine and the service was good! The cheese plate we ordered had moldy mozzarella and cheddar - that was a bummer, but not a deal breaker. They did take it back and remove it from our bill.
The 10% auto-grat on just the tastings was so little, it would be nice to have the option to add more before running our card. Thankfully we had some cash to leave.

We were only allowed to be in the bubble 2hrs and after being seated in the bubble 30 minutes went by and no one came to take our order... I finally went inside where the bar is and let the person know that no one has come over and we pressed the button several times. The gal apologized and said someone will be out soon. They finally came and took our order and 30 minutes later brought out our food and beverages. About $300.00 later i feel the service and food were not worth the price and trouble. The campaign was good, the cheese was good, and the falafel was good. The salad and everything else were not too good. If the service was better it might have been worth going back again but I don't think its worth the price when I can go to Costco and buy the champagne cheaper and the cheese... please hire professional staff and have them dress professional too. Train them how to answer questions and not blame others and make excuses for for things that may or may not be in their control....

Needed to reschedule because we got COVID over Christmas and kids are still sick. Called for days straight attempting to reschedule because the deposit they make you pay now for the bubbles is non refundable, so if you attempt to reschedule the booking online you lose it, but they can move it for you if you call or if you go in person (I’ve done it for another reservation). Never got a call back or got an answer to a phone call, and I called multiple times a day for three days straight, started calling Tuesday at noon, until our reservation time on Thursday. No one bothered to answer the phone or return a voicemail. Definitely won’t waste our time here again.

We were at Treveri for or daughter’s birthday. We are bubble club members and always appreciate the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. We ordered five menu items, all delicious along with each of the desserts to share. The sweet potato cheesecake was our favorite! The service was great, up until it was time to leave and our server disappeared. The inside staff helped us check out and buy more delicious wine. We will be back!

We reserved the Igloo, but it ended being such a sunny day, so we sat on the patio. Had a great view. Wine was yummy, the flight is good way to find your favorite. This was my wife’s and my second visit, we brought our adult daughter this time. Again it was super enjoyable. The weather was wonderful compared to Western Washington so we sat outside on the lawn and had a great view of Mount St Helens. The food again was fabulous. And the sparkling wine? Well let me tell you - none of us are big wine drinkers. But this sparkling wine? Very easy on the palate and compliments the different foods we had very well. Love. This. Place! My only regret is that we live 2.5 hours away — would come here 1-2 times a week otherwise.

Our time, Wednesday March 10 was quite miserable as it was incredibly hot! Unfortunately, the umbrella shade was broken, inoperable and not available. Felt like I was in a sauna.
However, I went again today. It was wonderful. Umbrella shades were up, and it was very pleasant and enjoyable.
The food is delicious and priced well. Personally, I think the mixed drinks are overpriced. Wine by the glass or bottle is well priced.

Overall, both times I went this winter were good. However, also both times, it took over an hour to receive either food or drinks. When you only have two hours in the bubble, getting stuff half way through makes it so you have to rush through your second hour because the next group comes in right after you. Also, both times, our waitress and waiter did not check in frequently and when we used the provided service button inside, it didn’t seem to work. Food and drinks were delicious when we got them! But overall service was disappointing.

Excellent service and dog friendly for our pup, Tootsie! I asked for a sparkling cocktail they used to have on the menu, a version of a mint julip. They looked it up and made me one! It was wonderful, as was the whole experience. We joined the sparkling wine club and will be back.

I have to say I absolutely love Treveri and just can’t say enough good things. My review is of COVID times only. Since there is a time limit on reservation I was bummed the last couple times I’ve gone because service has been slow. On one occasion it be took 20 minutes to get our first drink order.

Amazing views and cutely decorated! We enjoyed our cozy bubble. I wish they could do something about all the flies though. We had to wave them away constantly and it was really annoying. Maybe flytraps?

Our server took our order and never came back :( someone else served the food and was confused as to why we hadn’t order bubbles… we did… we just never got them until after our food was served. We wanted to join the club (we did because the bubbles were good, but no one wanted to help us sign up or even promoted the club) It was a disappointing start to our tasting trail around Yakima. And we were so excited to start at Treveri Cellars.

We had an overall amazing expierence. I had never been here before and I loved it. It was a great way to celebrate my 31st birthday. The food was incredible. I believe we oreded the short rib bites and let me tell you it was full of flavor, so tender, and juicy. I will be going back again for sure. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience.

LOVED the bubbles. Wonderful opportunity to enjoy Treveri wine at the beautiful location. Wish we could have been able to stay beyond 2 hours but totally understand the time limit.
The outdoor bathrooms are really nice. Good idea for the spring/summer when there are a lot of people enjoying wine outdoors.

I love your place. My only thoughts are this, by automatically giving tickets an automatic gratuity is holding back tip-potential for your servers. If the ticket has already been ran, then you return to my table and say we are all set - that doesn't allow me to opportunity to tip above the "calculated" tip. This system is shorting your staff that works so hard for these tips.

I loved the excellent customer service, amazing food, and the best wine. Sunny was an excellent host, she make sure we were taking care of. I give her a 10. The only thing I would of have loved was to be warmer, I felt like the heater wasn't working it was too cold in the bubble. Besides that it was a great experience, we would definitely go back again and recommended to family and friends. Thank You!

There were a lot of flies. I had to fan my food the entire time I was there, and it took away from the overall experience. Food was very tasty. Drinks were great, of course :) Everything really was quite pleasant and beautiful even during daytime. I can only imagine how much more special it’ll be at night. I already plan on coming back in the evening here in just a few days. Hopefully there won’t be flies then. Might I suggest stashing fly strips somewhere out of sight to tackle the flies problem? It would make a cheap enough solution to provide a more quality experience for a fan like me! Thank you!
