Recipe

Soak beans for 24 hours in water.  The next day, boil the garbanzo beans with baking soda until the beans are tender.  Drain the beans and add them to a food processor along with the minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and salt.  Mix in the food processor until smooth.  Refrigerate until cold and serve.

Recipe Note:

Tahini is a Middle Eastern sesame paste that can be found at most grocery stores.
