Was ushered to be seated almost immediately upon arrival at the door though there was a small Q around 1.35 pm on a rainy afternoon. The ribs were served pretty quickly, followed by the burger. It was almost full house but the ambience/ vibe was relaxed. The Staff were working hard but remain calm, helpful & friendly. Will be back in the upcoming promo!

Ribs excellent as usual, very nice, with the promo even more worth. We added bufflo wings which was ok only, one of us tasted was using frozen chicken wings. We also added a pitcher of lemonade which was more ice than drink which also disappointing. Overall will order ribs and only ribs again. Looking forward to future pormotions

The set lunches was value for money. Food was nice though the fried fish was a little salty. Ice lemon tea was nice but on a sweet side. Place wasn’t too crowded for lunch so it’s a good place to meet.

The Pricing is reasonable, but it will be great if the restaurant can throw in a one-time only complimentary hot beverage (coffee or tea) as the choices in the menu are not many. The ribs are well cooked, tender and delicious but basically only the flavour differs. Service is excellent, the crews are friendly and courteous. We will certainly go back again. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Quick to receive and seat my friends and I. Only at 2nd dinner, few days later, were we offered cold plain water for free. Overall worth the 1for1 deals, as ribs are still yummy, except that 1 slab is bigger in size and and more tender than the other, for every set of 2 full slabs.

just some suggestion, the far corner outside is - abit too warm, maybe more fans (or those misting/coolers?) - too far away, can encourage sales teams to walk by to check in abit more regularly?

Worth every cent spent, though prices, have shot up substantially. Should allow patrons to choose another gravy, instead of just "hickory" to have variety for sharing and tasting purpose. Please have more than once a year of such promotion.

Affected ambience for this visit. We were seated at the third 2 seater table near to the window overlooking the afresco diners. Servers kept squeezing pass us and the other big table, making the dining exoerience less than ideal. Food wise, it's good.

I feel it’s a bit pointless to make reservations cause they didn’t even counter check the reservation against any list. Just showed us to an empty table. Also, order was missing a drink and had to ask for it when it didn’t arrive after some time. Remembered the service was more jovial and better than this.
